Wicked Redhead – Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to love every Wicked Redhead product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 14days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handcrafted and often custom-made, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable or consumable goods (such as candles, soaps, wax melts, detergents, etc.) that have been opened or used

Intimate or sanitary goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Certain health and personal-care items
Please do not send used, opened, or damaged items back to us.
Partial Refunds (May Apply)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that timeframe:

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email support@wickedredhead.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return an item, please mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for return-shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
